All changes you make using the administration back-end will take affect instantly within the demo. Please note that the demo will automatically reset every hour on the hour.

Operator Panel

Demo Instructions: Log in to the operator side using one of the following usernames and passwords. Once logged in, click on the “Traffic Monitor” link on the upper right. This will open the traffic monitor. You will need to refresh this page in order to show the status as online.

Username 1: admin

Password 1: admin

Username 2: support1

Password 2: support1

Note: If the above accounts are already in use, try support2 thru support6 as both the username and password.

Client Communication

Once you’re logged in and have your traffic monitor open, click on the links below to navigate from page to page. As you move from link to link, you’ll notice that your status will change in the traffic monitor. If you want to test the operator-initiated chat request feature, we recommend opening the button code in a separate window by clicking here.
